Lisa has been in the industry for almost 20 years working at prestigious restaurants around Chicago. She first met Chef Williams at mk in 2010, a pivotal point in her career. She was lucky to find a mentor in Chef Williams as she established herself as a pastry chef. Under his tutelage, she expanded her skills and took on new challenges in the kitchen and restaurant operations. Though mostly known for her work in pastry, she has always worked to have a presence on the savory side as well.
