With more than 25 years in hospitality, Jenn Thate brings deep operational expertise and a lifelong passion for restaurants to her role as Director of Operations at Virtue Hospitality. Jenn’s career has been shaped by a commitment to genuine hospitality, strong teams, and exceptional guest experiences.
Jenn spent more than a decade as Director of Operations for Chicago-based DMK Restaurants, where she helped lead and grow a diverse portfolio of restaurant concepts. She later served as Director of Food & Beverage within the hotel industry, overseeing large-scale food and beverage operations and contributing to dynamic hospitality environments.
Today at Virtue Hospitality, Jenn has reunited with Chef Williams and the Virtue team, guiding operations across the company’s restaurants and supporting their continued growth. She is especially passionate about developing and mentoring her teams, creating environments where people can grow, lead, and build lasting careers in hospitality.
